Dr. Ashley (Griffin) Gilchrist is the President and CEO of BEE Consulting. Dr. Griffin has over ten years of combined experience as an educational researcher, program evaluator, professor, and education advocate. As a visionary, Ashley looks to use research to not only to inform education practice and policy, but also uses policy and practice to inform her research scope of work. The data narratives she has created engage diverse readers, build awareness, and also gives a voice too often unheard voices.

A true mixed-methodologist, Dr. Griffin has experience designing, collecting and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative research. Given her diverse background and experience in K-16, Dr. Griffin is an expert at translating often complex research to multiple stakeholders to include educators, researchers, and policy makers.

A true team member and collaborator, Dr. Griffin strives to understand each unique project, partner, and context to provide tailored support and advice.
